Triton have commissioned us to produce programmes from induction videos to exhibition and training projects.
Our latest project is aimed at the installer trade. Triton hold great importance to their relationship with installers and use DBI to produce video installation guides. These guides offer Triton opportunities to inform installers of new innovations, hints & tips and see it as a very pro-active venture towards their customer care.
Supreme Organics produced the PhD Waxing System, a new concept in waxing, but users had difficulty in operating it and swamped the Customer care Line for advice. They contacted us to produce a training DVD to instruct users of the new system and demonstrate waxing techniques. Calls to the Customer care Line dropped dramatically - proof of the effectiveness of the DVD. Because of worldwide demand, we have also produced versions in French, German and Spanish.
One of our long standing customers, Earlsdon Technology have embraced video technology and used video as a tool to demonstrate and inform their customers of their latest machine. Keen to market products worldwide fast, we work with them to film, edit and have web video ready to upload to their website.
